Rates
Rates vary according
to the service requested. Virtual assistants generally charge by
the hour; rates range from $25-$50 per hour. As you consider the "real cost" of
an employee, consider the cost of:

office space and equipment

time lost due to illness and socializing

Retainer fees are paid
monthly and due on the 1st of each month in order to guarantee the
special rate.
Additional hours will be billed at the special rate.
An agreement must be signed by the client and returned before beginning
work.

Payment Policies:

Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments

A signed agreement is required before beginning work

Payment is accepted by cheque (via postal mail) or by MasterCard/Visa
via the online PayPal.com system.

Monthly retainer invoices are emailed on the 15th of the previous
month. Payment is due on or prior to the first of the retainer month
-
Regular invoices are sent on the last day of the month are payable
within 10 days
-
We will do everything to ensure the monthly retainer hours are used within the given month. Unused retainer fees are non-refundable. We will gladly accommodate you by completing
additional services to cover the unused portion.

Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 service fee.
